ITA Educational and Culinary Training at Rouses conducted by ALMA’s Academy

On May 22nd – 23rd and 24th Rouses hosted a 3-day session geared towards the expansion of their employees’ knowledge of the Italian Food System.

At Rouses, the classes combined academics, cooking demonstrations and tastings. The 3-day educational and culinary training was designed to offer an overview of the incredible variety of Italy's 20 regions, highlighting the difference between Authentic Italian and Italian "sounding" products, and raising the awareness of the health value and the taste of Authentic Italian products.

The training sessions were filled with valuable information on Authentic Italian food and the excitement of the participants who, at the end of the sessions, shared their enthusiastic feedback of being empowered by useful knowledge that can be applied to better serve Rouses customers.
