Tiramisù Masterclass Event - Chicago, IL

October is “La Cucina del Friuli Venezia Giulia” month, dedicated the region’s rich culinary history.

On October 9th, 2019, the Pordenone - Udine Chamber of Commerce, the Mirabilia Network, and the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, hosted a Tiramisù Masterclass event at La Scuola in Eataly Chicago location. The masterclass started with a tasting of a selection of Friulian delicacies and wine pairings. This was folowed by a Tolmezzo Tiramisù recipe cooking demonstration.

The ITA was happy to lend its support in attending the event and partaking in the celebration of Friuli Venezia Giulia’s special month.
